Permanent role for an experienced Billings/Accounts Receivable officer to hit the ground running in a reputable company in the CBD

Robert Half has partnered exclusively with a global Professional Services firm with a presence in Melbourne, Brisbane and New South Wales seeking an experienced Billings/Accounts Receivable Specialist on a permanent basis.

This permanent opportunity presents a unique chance to join a highly successful and well-rounded organization.

Within the framework of a professional and meticulously managed team, this pivotal role requires you to take ownership of High-Volume E-Billings, extend support to local and international clientele, and proficiently resolve queries.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Billings Manager, your duties will include:

- Invoice processing
- Monthly billing co-ordination with stakeholders
- Query resolution
- Invoice reversals
- Follow up and investigation of all outstanding items
- Ensuring strict compliance s and policies are followed.
- Working closely with all internal Stakeholders to ensure all item s are cleared
- Must have full working rights

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven Practice Manager Systems experience (Elite Enterprise / 3E) and Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven experience in Legal or Professional services
- Ability to meet tight month-end details
- Clear communication/client relationship skills
