**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:Be part of a small, diverse team, with hybrid working conditions that allow a mix of work from office and work from home days, with some flexibility in start times.
- Full time Monday to Friday
- Mercy Health Head office, Richmond
- The billing officers for Residential Aged Care are responsible for the provision of centralized billing functions
- This role provides support that enables the delivery of high quality Aged Care services, including billing of all fees payable with professionalism and accuracy.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- _Relevant experience in the Aged Care industry._
- _ Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Legislation and finance challenges._
- _ Relevant experience with Tech1 software system or demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new software._
- _ Ability to work unsupervised and take s pride n ownership of work._
- _ Customer focussed with strong interpersonal and communication skills_
- _ Able to effectively perform financial and business support functions including basic accounting responsibilities_._
