It is an exciting time for us at Tes, and particularly in Australia, as we launch new innovative education software solutions to grow and strengthen our support for schools and teachers in the classroom and beyond. Some of our purpose-built solutions include Timetable, Learning Pathways, and Teach Starter.
Our innovative solutions are reshaping the education landscape and we're seeking ambitious individuals to help us expand our reach and impact.
The purpose of this role is to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of our highest value accounts. You will strategically manage and cultivate relationships with our 10 highest value customer accounts, ensure retention and expansion of Tes products within these accounts.
How?
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and anticipate future requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the highest value customer accounts
- Create tailored strategies to maximize retention, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
- Advocate for customers internally, facilitating their feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Tes products to schools within the account base
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Tes products to drive adoption and growth
- Work closely with the Sales Director to align account management strategies with overall company goals
- Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback and market trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Prepare monthly reports on account activities and performance
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience and success in large group account management, preferably within a SaaS product environment
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving retention and growth targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Highly motivated and results-oriented self-starter
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach
- Exceptional relationship-building and people skills
- Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and commitment to delivering successful outcomes for customers
