Leading global Telco business
Long Term Contract Opportunity
Must be a recent Graduate and an AU Citizen
Hourly Rate - $30/hour + Super

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Strategic Sales and Solution Professionals to help improve pre-sales customer experience for customers
- Build relationships with customers and provide support on upsell and new service requests
- Work alongside the Sales Operations and Marketing teams
- Help with research related to our customers' current environment and competitive landscape
- Participate in Bid Pursuit teams for large tenders and proposals
- Help the Marketing team with brand awareness and event coordination activities

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Must be a recent Graduate in any discipline - IT, sales, Business Administration
- Previous experience in sales/ pre
- sales or customer service is highly regarded
- Able to work autonomously, professionally and be an excellent communicator
- Must be an AU citizen as role involves working closely with government/ federal clients
- Experience using Google Suite, Slack or other real-time collaborative technologies is a bonus
