
Customer Service and Admin

The duties in the role will include but not limited to:
Dealing with customer inquiries in a professional manner
Processing daily sales invoices
Assisting the walk-in customers for showroom sale
Liaising with other teams (e.g. sales team and warehouse staff) to provide exceptional customer service
Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients
Accurately and thoroughly record client interactions
Assisting with data entry as required
Providing support to team leaders as needed
Providing general administrative support
Summary of essential knowledge, skills, and competencies.
Proven experience in client service and an ability to build/maintain client relationships.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workflow.
Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
Demonstrable ability to work in a team in a demanding and fast pace environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills (Speak English and Mandarin fluently is preferred).
Ability to work autonomously.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft products and other relevant systems and procedures.
Experience in Myob and datapel system is preferred.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
