We are an IT company and are currently looking for a proactive, motivated, and friendly individual to join our team as a sales rep and admin officer where you will be the first point of contact for clients, both face to face and over the phone.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, IT TEKS is seeking self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are in the process of expanding our business and team and we do not require any experience for this position, this gives the opportunity for applicants to gain more experience in business and develop a long-term opportunity in the IT industry.
Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answering/directing incoming calls in a professional and diligent manner
- Greeting clients/customers to the office and notifying the appropriate contacts of their arrival
- Receive, open, and verify daily mail.
- Managing and maintaining reception area.
- Assisting accounts including Data Entry
- Maintaining a clean, tidy functional office environment and display area.
- Have a professional appearance as we meet with clients and customers daily.
- Cold calling new customers time to time
- Willing to learn new skills and put information into practice.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.
- Great social skill and not afraid of a challenge
- Managing 2 businesses Reception and admin duties
As a Sales Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Bringing new clients
- Going out on site to meet clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
- Attend on-site meetings with your clientele.
- Weekly reporting on KPI's and results
- Location: This role will be on the road however we do have an office in Dandenong, and we do expect office visits once a week.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum of one year of prior experience in a reception/administration role.
Ability to multitask.
Good organisational, time management and administrative skills
Can do and pro-active attitude.
Excellent Team player
Excellent communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
