We're on the lookout for both designer and assistant designer to join our talented team at Leichhardt. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your career, if you're passionate about Wedding & Event Planning& Design and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Client Consultation: Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns throughout the planning process.
- Creativity & Innovation: Harness your creativity to produce all wedding design. Generating drafts and mockups of illustration proposed designs for the client to review and make revisions as requested.
- Assisting Senior/Director in all design aspects.
- Contributing to brand development and fulfilling branding requirements

**Requirements**:

- Passion: Genuine passion for weddings and events, with a dedication to exceeding client expectations and creating memorable experiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interior Design or related field.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Procreate.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple weddings simultaneously.
- Communication: Fluency in both English and Chinese. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Creativity: Creative flair and ability to design unique and personalized wedding experiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with other team members to ensure the success of each event.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
