The Role

We're looking for a Designer who lives and breathes spatial design and knows Revit inside and out. If you're someone who can visualize an idea and bring it to life in detailed technical drawings, then translate that into a real-world build — this is your stage.

You'll collaborate with a small but mighty team to design modular structures, custom event environments, and branded experiences that people talk about long after they leave.

What You'll Do

  • Design event environments: booths, modular walls, installations, and more
  • Develop precise technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D models using Revit
  • Collaborate with production, build, and sales teams to ensure feasibility and execution
  • Interpret briefs and translate brand concepts into tangible design solutions
  • Balance creativity with constraints (space, time, budget)
  • Visit sites or oversee installations as needed

What You Bring

  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable)
  • 2–5 years of experience in event design, architecture, or similar fields
  • Portfolio showcasing technical drawings + spatial/environmental design work
  • Experience designing for events, exhibitions, trade shows, or similar
  • Strong understanding of materials, build methods, and modular systems
  • Ability to think creatively while designing for real-world constraints
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of fabrication and build processes
  • Experience in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or 3D rendering tools
  • Passion for live events, brand experiences, or immersive environments
