Are you an **advanced Revit user** ready to bring ideas to life in the exciting world of events and exhibitions? Simply Seated is looking for a talented Designer to join our team, transforming client visions into stunning, functional, and memorable experiences.

We welcome **Revit draftspeople, designers from other industries, and anyone with a strong passion for design** to apply. If you're ready to grow your skills in events, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead design, drafting, and modeling using **Revit at an advanced level**, maintaining and improving existing models under the guidance of the Design Manager.
- Use **AutoCAD** to import and convert floor plans and base drawings into Revit models primarily as a supporting tool for design work.
- Use **Adobe Creative Suite** and **Enscape** (or similar rendering software) to create visual presentations, 3D renders, and immersive design concepts.
- Produce **complex custom elements**, from counters to full exhibition stands, with an understanding of fabrication, production drawings, and cabinet-making principles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery from design through to on-site coordination and troubleshooting.
- Follow design protocols and company procedures, maintaining **high standards of design quality and production accuracy** for every project.
- Take ownership of projects independently when required, while actively collaborating across departments.
- Respond quickly to on-site design or production issues, supporting the production team to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and event innovations, bringing new ideas and inspiration to every project.
- Support environmentally conscious practices in design and event execution.

**Who You Are**:

- **Advanced user of Revit**, highly skilled in drafting, modeling, and managing design processes for production.
- Comfortable using **AutoCAD** to convert and interpret floor plans and base drawings.
- Experienced in producing **complex, custom-built elements** and large-scale event or exhibition designs.
- Confident with **Adobe Suite** and rendering software like **Enscape**.
- Excellent collaborator who can also take initiative and manage projects independently.
- Calm under pressure, quick to troubleshoot, and practical in solving design and production challenges.
- Open to learning, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in the dynamic events industry.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
