We're on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping and aligning our brand identity across various consumer touchpoints.

Role Overview:

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll develop engaging visual content that communicates our brand identity and enhances client campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, digital, and creative teams, as well as Account Managers and the Production Department, to ensure that initial design ideas translate seamlessly into real-life applications. Your work will reflect the Simply Seated design language across online, IP, and print-ready applications, with a strong focus on signage production and application.

Key Tasks + Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of materials for digital, print, and large-format signage, including social media assets, presentations, marketing collateral, brand guidelines, and furniture/product catalogues.
• Translate brand strategy and messaging into compelling visual concepts.
• Enhance client-supplied images or logos and recreate them in high-resolution, print-ready artwork.
• Read, interpret, and produce technical production drawings for signage, understanding materials, substrates (PVC, acrylic, ACM, timber, vinyl), finishes, and application requirements.
• Prepare signage proofs, dielines, and mockups that are accurate for fabrication and installation.
• Advise on signage design for real-world applications, including dimensional signage, 3D lettering, wayfinding, window graphics, wall wraps, and large-format prints.
• Ensure designs meet production requirements such as bleed, resolution, colour management, and substrate limitations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Production to translate designs into physical products, ensuring installation feasibility and accuracy.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, ensuring the Simply Seated design language is applied consistently across all platforms.
• Upload product content to websites, ensuring clear descriptions, dimensions, materials, and finishes are included.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing creativity with efficiency.
• Stay up to date with design, signage, and printing industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a background in the signage or large-format printing industry.
• Strong knowledge of large-format printing and signage applications, including vinyl, acrylic, ACM, timber, metal, and 3D elements.
• Experience producing signage proofs, dielines, mockups, and reading technical production drawings.
• Understanding of fabrication and installation processes for dimensional and applied signage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, print, and signage design skills.
• Experience producing furniture and product catalogues and managing product content online.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy for signage readability.
• Ability to take direction and bring original creative thinking to projects.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
