**Your new role**
As part of the NAB International Payments Operations team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Timely and accurate processing of International Payments that do not settle in an automated manner
- Undertake transactions relevant to business unit requirements, checking and monitoring all relevant documentation
- Respond to queries from customers and support the client Relationship
- Monitor and resolve outstanding investigation files
- Ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date
- To conform with internal operating policies and procedures that are relevant to the position.

Location: 122 Lewis Rd, Wantirna South VIC 3152

Role Duration: 12-month (FT hours provided) temporary assignment with potential contract extension/ permanent opportunities

Rate: $32.69 per hour plus superannuation

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (need to do overtime at times)
