  • Support the Head of Everyday Banking Product Development & Payments and the Personal Everyday Banking team to develop strategies, propositions and recommendations to embed Everyday Payments
  • Work towards creating a safe and secure payments environment for Personal Everyday Banking customers and lead initiatives to improve NAB's ability to protect our customers from fraud and scams and increase
  • Increase Bank of Choice, share of wallet and drive deposit growth

In the role of Senior Consultant, Everyday Payments, you will join the Product Development and Payments team that's doubling down on customer obsession
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Support the Head of Everyday Banking Product Development & Payments and the Personal Everyday Banking team to develop strategies, propositions and recommendations
  • Embed Everyday Payments in the customer experience to increase Bank of Choice, share of wallet and drive deposit growth
  • Work closely with the Everyday Banking Experience teams to ensure Personal Everyday Banking customers' payments are safe and secure and leading initiatives to improve NAB's ability to protect our customers from fraud and scams
  • Consider and adapt to the evolving payments landscape, including customer expectations, regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Engage internal stakeholders to coordinate and progress PEB's Everyday Payments strategy, balancing the development of new payment channels and experiences with keeping NAB customers payments safe and secure

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Payments experience within Financial Services
  • Australian and global knowledge in cards and payments innovation
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory environment and industry trends including Fraud and Scams
  • Strategy development and planning and new product/proposition development
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask and simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large corporate organisation Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills at a senior level
