**About the role**

In this role you will provide business support for various payment streams and systems including but not limited to:

- Perform systems monitoring and undertake completion of systems checklists and run sheets
- Assist the business where required with incident management support
- Draft and submit process difficulties notices to industry bodies on behalf of PES
- Complete system user provisioning, approvals, password resets
- Assist the business with impact assessments and business verification testing
- Investigate and respond to queries / requests from internal businesses where required
- Action system updates and changes such as reference data, tables, compliance changes
- Perform process reviews for NABit instructions and team’s work instructions.
- Support the team as required with other activities within team’s service proposition
- Aid with the identification of improvement and efficiency opportunities

**What you will bring**:

- Experience or knowledge of payment systems and incidents and systems monitoring processes
- Previous experience in a technology or technology support role highly desirable
- Capable investigator and problem solver with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders
- Banking experience and an understanding of payments industry regulatory / compliance obligations
- Experience /exposure to automation projects activities or robotics is highly desirable
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload to meet service levels
