**Your new company**

NAB Connect is an online business banking platform that allows business customers to access their accounts seamlessly on the go, from anywhere. The NAB Connect team is located at their very own NAB Knox Data Centre (Melbourne Eastern Suburbs) - specifically 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South.

**Your new role**

Working in the NAB Connect Servicing team, you will be responsible for the education and service of NAB’s business customers with everything account related:

- Handling a high volume of inbound calls.
- Helping to educate and service NAB’s Business Banking customers.
- Offer professional advice on financial products available and refer to relevant departments.
- Adherence to the ASIC Standards and Industry Code of Practice.

For the first 8-10 weeks you will be training, Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM, on-site at 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South 3152.

Shifts will be on a rotating roster between Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 8:00PM once you have completed your ProHub training. You will be expected to work full-time from the office for the first 6-8 months before going hybrid model.

- You are resilient, customer-centric and possess great interpersonal skills.
- You want to go out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
- Proven customer service experience.
