Our charity client is based in Sydney's CBD and is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join their team for a 6 month temporary position, 4 days or full time and hybrid in the office.

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for fostering positive working relationships with staff while supporting organisational initiatives. This newly developed role will provide both administration and innovation towards refining.

The role undertakes a range of HR generalist activities and supports organisational projects to ensure it is a great place to work and can attract and retain the best talent to deliver its ambitious goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working from Preceda and HRIS PeopleStreme database (no previous experience required)
- Provides Tier 1 general support and triage general inquiries
- Conducts HRIS / payroll maintenance, audits, reporting and formulates process improvements to ensure compliance
- General HR administration support including filing/managing the service catalogue
- Conducts HRIS / payroll maintenance, audits, reporting and formulates process improvements to ensure compliance
- Contributes to organisation-wide Human Resources/Operations related projects.
- Have experience within similar positions in Human Resource Management
- Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills including the ability to craft professional internal and external communications
- Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a dynamic, high-functioning, and fast-paced team
- Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
