**About Us**:
The Smiles Dentacare is committed to improving oral health awareness among children in Victoria and New South Wales. We’re currently seeking a **Dental Administrative Assistant** to join us, working directly from our home-based office in Reservoir. This unique role is ideal for students or individuals with general administrative experience who are enthusiastic about learning dental administration in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage appointment scheduling and patient communication.
- Perform administrative tasks such as billing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Utilise dental software and other technology platforms efficiently.

- Reside near Reservoir, Melbourne, for easy access to the home office.
- Availability to work during business hours with some flexibility.
