The Electromagnetic Warfare Intelligence Maritime Systems Program Office (EWIS-Maritime SPO) is seeking a highly professional, motivated APS5 Business Support Officer to join the team in Russell, ACT. As an APS5 Business Support Officer, you will be an integral part of the Business Management Unit team, collaborating to support the SPO workforce coordination and other administration processes.

The role is integral in facilitating workforce co-ordination and reporting; information management; business process mapping and reviews; administrative support; task management and meeting coordination and drafting governance documentation. The APS 5 Business Support Officer is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve moderately complex procedural, operational, workforce and business support work within an integrated environment. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to drive performance through collaborative relationships and strategic planning are essential.

**About our Team**
EWIS-Maritime SPO currently manages a number of electronic warfare systems fitted to both the surface and sub-surface fleet, such as the Nulka Decoy product and various Sensors and Electronic Attack products in both acquisition and sustainment phases, delivering these capabilities to the Royal Australian Navy.

EWIS-Maritime SPO is widely dispersed across Australia with this position based at Russell, ACT. The successful applicant will participate in an integrated team, including APS, military and contractor staff, to ensure the supported Electronic Warfare capabilities are delivered to the ADF and supported in accordance with operational and compliance requirements, budget, and service agreements.

- Facilitate and plan resourcing/recruitment (APS staff, ADF reserves) activities to meet specific strategic goals.
