**About the role -**

A new and exciting opportunity is available for a **Digital Technology Delivery Manager** to join our Australia team. We are looking for a seasoned Technology-solution Delivery Manager to join our Australia Digital & Technology to drive our digital transformation program through design, implementation, and technology adoption.

You will be a valuable member of our Digital Technology team in delivering innovative solution covering CRM, workflow automation, advance data analytics programs. You will involve in the full solution delivery lifecycle from ideation to seeing your ideas come to life and how it impacts our business directly.

**To be successful in this role you will have the following**:

- Working experience of 5+ years in leading a team to delivering technology solution in a fast pace environment
- Plans, directs and coordinates activities to manage and implement multiples programme from initiation to final transition into operational, business-as-usual management.
- Proven knowledge of / experience working with recognised IT Service Management frameworks and methodologies, in particular ITIL.
- Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically with a commercial focus and respond to emerging issues and develop appropriate strategies and plans.
- Ability to build strong business relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
- A commitment to drive collaboration with strong listening, communication skills, and sensitivity towards different team culture
- Experience in Automotive or Retail industry will be looked upon favourably
