**About the role**

Dulux Acratex is a market-leading supplier of acrylic & speciality coatings, cement renders, cladding, tools and accessories to the Australian construction industry. Products are manufactured in Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne and sourced from a number of other Dulux factories and external suppliers in Australia and overseas. The business has made a number of acquisitions in the ANZ region in recent years and is rapidly growing.

This role will play a key part in supporting growth ambitions, and this is a fantastic opportunity for you to make an impact by delivering business enhancing solutions and bringing in efficiencies.

In this role, you will create and solutions to drive improvements in various facets of the supply chain; inventory management, raw material management and product management and logistics optimization.

You will lead a multi-site team with six direct reports & several contractors across three manufacturing sites.

The role is based out of Beverly, Adelaide. We are open to the right person being located in either Melbourne or Brisbane.

**Responsibilities**
- Production and supply planning for the sites and a suite of external suppliers (local and international)
- Raw material management, including oversight of key supplier purchasing relationships and completion of regular stocktakes on each site
- Stock management and optimisation of replenishment to warehouses and key stores
- Ownership of master data for Acratex products
- Liaison and co-operation with the wider DuluxGroup Supply Chain team to assist the profitable growth of the Acratex business
- Mentor and develop the team
- Represent Acratex Operations in relevant DuluxGroup and public forums

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain, manufacturing environment
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders to create best commercial and financial outcomes
- Proven ability to proactively identify opportunities and drive efficiencies
- Proven experience in mentoring and nurturing a team
- Strong experience with the SAP or other ERP system
