**Your Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to serve SA, VIC and QLD site’s manufacturing capability by providing leadership and direction to the product quality teams and ensuring that all operations meet or exceed all quality certifications and regulatory and customer requirements.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Textures, you will oversee the Quality Management System for the Dulux Acratex business, driving improved product and process consistency and resulting in improved customer satisfaction and business productivity. You will lead the Quality Assurance function and provide direct technical support for quality control, production troubleshooting, complaint investigations, process improvements, and aspects of safety/sustainability.

You will have demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining successful quality frameworks and proven experience in delivering business outcomes by promoting a culture that identifies and reports potential product risks and manages critical control points. You will have experience developing Quality Management systems and processes with a strong working knowledge of NATA and ISO 9001.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated safety focus
- Strong team ethic with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to a changing manufacturing environment
- Compliance with external audits and ensure all external and internal audit corrective actions are closed out
- Developing and implementing Quality programs in line with Acratex Quality targets and driving actions to reduce the cost of Quality and improve quality outcomes
- Monitor, investigate and report on consumer complaints to support the development of preventative measures
- Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be solution-driven
- Must be able to adapt their style depending on the audience.
