**The Role**

The Operations Lead is a fast-paced, hands-on generalist role. They will support the Head of Operations in delivering continuous improvement in a diverse range of operational activities across the Manufacturing, Supply-Chain and Customer Delivery/Technical Support divisions.

This includes ensuring that:

- we have defined operational processes and support tools aligned with the ERP systems and customer experience outcomes;
- our Operations teams have defined metrics and reporting tools to measure productivity and efficiency;
- problems/road blocks are resolved in an agile fashion.

The Operations Lead will work collaboratively with stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Products and Operations to support operational and customer success.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to determine operational objectives and priorities by studying business requirements, gathering information, evaluating and determining the output requirements that will flow on from changes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimise our internal systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness between departments
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customer success, to ensure alignment and collaboration on operational initiatives and to identify process improvements
- Monitor and analyse key operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators and drive decision-making
- Prioritise and manage projects in line with agreed timelines.
- Provide ongoing project updates regarding progress to keep stakeholders including status, outstanding issues, and update timelines.
- Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related role, preferably in a tech company
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
