**The Position**

This position will own the process of delivering our service and solution to our customers once contract has been signed. The Head of Delivery will ensure that customers receive a top customer service by ensuring our ExoSphere service gets delivered on time and to the best quality.

This position is critical to our ongoing success and will hold both line management responsibilities and be involved in the leadership team at Fleet.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Deliver ExoSphere services to customers, on time and on quality, meeting or exceeding their expectations
- Ensure an incredible customer experience that impresses with every interaction
- Build a scalable and high performing team and lead them in delivering multi-million dollar service contracts
- Establish an efficient, customer-first process that works seamlessly with the rest of the business across various timezones

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience with service and solution delivery in the commercial sector
- Deep experience in supply chain, logistics, and project management including creating and managing complex project schedules
- Drive execution at startup speed - agile, scrappy, motivated, strong bias to action
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and in person
- A strong customer service mindset
- Outstanding presence with the ability to impress customers with every interaction and show others how to do the same
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a small team to deliver on targets
- Great team player with a humble and collaborative working style

**Qualifications**
- A business degree or similar with extensive experience across service and solution delivery
- Project Management certification and training
