**The Opportunity**

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team in this permanent role.

The Workplace Relations Advisor role is a dynamic and value adding position within our People, Culture & Sustainability team. This role is responsible for providing expert and strategic advice on the full range of industrial and workplace relations issues to all levels of the People, Culture and Sustainability team and the wider organisation.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- pro-actively supporting a broad range of stakeholders through challenging and sensitive issues with care.
- building strong, positive relationships with a range of internal stakeholders across the organisation.

**About You**

You will have significant demonstrated experience in workplace / industrial relations ideally built within a People and Culture team, in a large, complex organisation with a national reach.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be a motivated and commercially focussed WR professional with the ability to approach issues strategically. A natural communicator, you will be confident in building solid working relationships with and providing expert guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
