We have a need for an experienced People Advisor to support our key people stream of work and build strong relationships to ensure that you effectively influence and develop our people leaders/stakeholders across the organisation.

Our people team is energetic, outcomes focused and viewed by our stakeholders as the ultimate enabling function.
We would need you to,
- Proactively support our employees through their entire life cycle at Latitude
- Coach and support our People Leaders
- Work closely with our People Partners to roll out enterprise reaching activities such as performance and bonus reviews, strategic org design, position creation, alignment, and recruitment
- Enable our stakeholders to effectively manage their people through org change, case management and general employee relations
- Support the functional area with key People & Culture cyclical activities, i.e. Talent & Succession, Annual Reward Review and Employee Engagement and Pulse Surveys.
- Analyse people trends and metrics and recommend actions - and support future workforce planning strategies and requirements.

- Broad, generalist HR experience ideally within an agile and / or digital environment.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate complex enquiries and taking ownership
- Proven partnering with leaders to consult, coach and support on people matters
- Empathetic, authentic and a natural problem solver
- Sound project management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Passionate about learning and adopts a growth mindset and positive can do attitude.
- You will join a fast-paced environment
