**Role Summary**:
The Business Partner Lead is an exciting opportunity in our Organisational Development and Partnering team based at our Perth CBD office.

The Business Partner Lead is responsible for proactively supporting all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support to Synergy. The incumbent will actively lead the Business Partnering team to provide strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, mentoring, development, and support to functional business areas.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Leadership - lead, direct, coach, mentor and develop the P&C business partner team to effectively deliver on the people strategy, vision, and mandate
- Business Results - understand the business beyond the HR function in order to facilitate and support business change and performance across functional areas
- Workplace Relations - partner with the people leaders to ensure that employees are treated in an equitable and consistent manner aligned to Synergy policies and practices
- Performance Management - ensure effective administration of the continuous performance management process
- Coaching - provide guidance and coaching to business leaders that will enable them to be more successful as they lead their teams.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related field
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience as Senior HR Business Partner
- Proven track record of operating in a complex, fast changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of leading and managing organisational change
