**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a passionate **Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing brand awareness to attract and retain clients.

**Position Overview**

This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and requires flexibility to manage diverse activities. This role will develop and implement strategic marketing plans in line with the priorities set in close consultation with the team.

The main objective of this role is to attract client interest in the clinic's services in NSW while establishing it as a leader in skincare and beauty.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy and action plan to meet the clinic’s objectives.
- Create innovative marketing strategies in line with the Marketing Plan and the clinic’s strategic goals to engage key stakeholders and increase brand awareness.

**Digital Presence Management**
- Collaborate with internal staff and external agencies to manage and deliver a digital presence across multiple channels, ensuring consistent quality while achieving targets.
- Develop and maintain an approved advertising and promotion schedule, researching and recommending platforms to meet strategic objectives.
- Oversee all social media platforms for ACL, ensuring engaging content.

**Communication**
- Work with leadership to implement a communications plan that meets the clinic’s marketing and internal communication objectives.
- Maintain ACL’s website, collaborating with relevant staff for updates and enhancements.
- Foster an environment of trust, open communication, and teamwork across all areas of the clinic.

**Social Media and Digital Marketing**
- Manage ACL’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Develop and execute paid advertising and SEO strategies, monitoring and analyzing their performance.

**Content Creation**
- Create compelling written, visual, and video content to promote ACL’s services.
- Use fluency in English and Chinese to develop multilingual marketing materials for diverse clients.

**Client Engagement**
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and foster client loyalty.
- Organize client-focused events, such as workshops and gatherings, to enhance engagement and retention.

**Brand Management**
- Ensure all marketing materials align with ACL’s brand identity and messaging.
- Monitor industry trends to position ACL as a leader in cosmetic skin treatments.

**Budget and Procurement**
- Manage and report on the allocation of the marketing budget.
- Oversee the procurement of marketing materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably with at least one year in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
