We are looking for a driven, talented and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our marketing strategy and communications. Creative, collaborative and a team player, we need someone who communicates effectively and can form strong relationships across all areas of our business - this is your opportunity to directly influence our brand and marketing strategy and drive a supportive team to produce top quality content and effective campaigns.

You’ll combine your technical skills with your creative flair to deliver campaigns that are graphically compelling, promote our brand and convey our unique selling points in a way that shows value to potential and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and drive the overall marketing strategy
- Manage the annual marketing budget, and prepare, analyse and present marketing reports and metrics
- Manage campaigns, projects and marketing initiatives end-to-end, setting and reporting on measurable goals
- Develop and lead a marketing team, fostering a passionate and collaborative team that lives our core values
- Collaborate and manage internal and external stakeholders, to deliver projects on time, budget and specification
- Coordinate compelling marketing content, that drives customer engagement and lead generation
- Manage e-commerce strategy and implementation
- Coordinate photography & videography for products and events
- Coordinate design and print of catalogues, brochures, and promotional marketing initiatives
- Implement a digital marketing automation platform to build and schedule marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- You have a high degree of self-motivation and drive
- You are an energetic, bubbly, team-player who loves working with people
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Management
- Experience in developing and implementing overall marketing strategies
- Proven track record of creating engaging successful campaigns and leading a team
- Experience working within traditional and digital marketing channels and automation platforms
- Proven success working to deadlines and within a fast paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and agencies
- Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills; open to constructive feedback
