Who are we?
eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). We are a tech enabled logistics leader, having a strong reputation as the trusted fulfilment partner for our clients.
We are a team of energetic professionals with a key focus on rapid growth and expansion, through investing in and empowering our people to achieve excellence. The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 6 fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

What are we looking for?
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our high-performing team and champion continuous improvement across our customer experience operations. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.
What will you do?
- Lead and coach a passionate customer service team to deliver world-class support
- Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and customer satisfaction
- Drive Voice of Customer initiatives and report on service trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless BAU delivery
- Promote our products and services to new and existing customers
- Identify and implement process improvements that elevate the customer journey
- Prepare internal and external reports to support strategic decision-making
- Provide ad hoc support to the Director of Customer Success
What skills will you have?
- Proven leadership experience in customer service or operations
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for building dashboards and reporting
- A coaching mindset and passion for developing others
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
