Junior Sales Administrator
My client based in Welshpool is seeking a Junior sales administrator to joint their tight knit team.

Your new role
The Service Support administrator performs a multitude of administration tasks relating to the servicing and support of customers across the ISB. The Service Support Administrator is charged with efficiently conducting these tasks to ensure all deadlines and obligations are met.

**Duties**:

- Reconcile customer purchase orders with items received
- Liaise with customers end-to-end.
- Quoting: calculate labour time, costs incurred including material, consumables & third parties.
- Ensure final quality inspection and all relevant paperwork/tasks have been completed prior to job release.
- Check inventory per job and report any noted variances.
- Prepare cost reconciliations on completed projects
- Prepare & compile documentation such as test certificates, material certificates, weld qualifications, etc.
- Arrange transport of goods
- Prepare customer invoices & process payments
- Perform data entry, filing and archiving
- Monitor and maintain kitchen supplies
- Organise catering and events when necessary.
- Prepare quote formulas
- Obtain quotes from suppliers (i.e. materials/ subcontractors)
- Prepare reports/ compile information for heads of department
- Assist with month end procedures
- Attend weekly production meetings, update job management system, contact customers, and amend scheduling as required
- Answer & refer incoming telephone calls
- Import costing worksheets
- Prepare weekly sales forecast report and distribute
- Ensure security and confidentiality of company data and information

- Ability to negotiate desired outcomes with customers

- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
