Sales Person

We are looking for an experienced, results driven face to face Sales Consultant (ideally with experience in mining, resources or manufacturing industry) to join our dynamic team based at our Head office in Welshpool, Western Australia.

About You

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible to achieve revenue targets set by the General Manager and Sales Manager. You will actively source new business opportunities, follow-up and convert quotes to sales and manage customer relations. You will be the point of contact and the principal liaison person between the customer and the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with our clients onsite.
• Generate leads and establish and nurture strong client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Create compelling sales pitches to sell the Company's products and services.
• Perform research on the competition's services.
• Analyse market trends and make recommendations to the Sales Manager.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales.
• Actively engage in consistent sales activities, i.e., Tele Sales, F2F appointments and follow-ups particular to the role.
• Onsite 3D scanning, scoping and measuring projects.
• Identifying and offering our clients the best possible option for their problems.

Key Attributes

• A proven sales and account management history.
• Previous sales experience with the metal trades, manufacturing or engineering industry would be an advantage.
• Some public speaking skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of emotional intelligence.
• Relationship building skills.
• Be focused, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously, but within a team environment and to contribute to the team objectives.
• Sound working knowledge of MS Office suite and previous experience in database management using CRM systems.
• Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Hungry, Humble and Smart.

Roster:Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday with additional hours required for purposes of travelling to / from sites.

Remuneration: Annual salary plus commission and discretionary bonuses, car, laptop and mobile.

Location: Head office in Welshpool, WA with travel Australia wide.
