Known for excellent workmanship, strong customer focus, and premium products designed for security, comfort, and style — we are growing and seeking a motivated Sales Admin to join our team.


Location:

Perth, WA (Malaga-based, with travel to client sites as required)


Role Purpose:

To generate new sales, manage leads, and build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients. This roll is a physical location, Guiding customers in person and over the phone through the sales process with professionalism and care. While using new aged software and CRM's.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert sales leads for roller shutters, blinds, and security products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide accurate quotes and close deals efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, or builder/partner meetings as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Sales experience in shutters, blinds, security screens, or similar industries.
  • Previous experience in scheduling teams and phone line administraiton skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, and multi tasking abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, well-presented, and organised.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Knowledge of Kings Roller Shutters and Property Kidd product ranges.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or digital sales tools
  • Creating relationships to builders, property managers, or commercial clients for sales reps to close.
