**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Practice Manager** to lead the way at our **Bunbury Clinic** in WA. This is a **full-time opportunity**. You will be instrumental in managing the clinic’s day-to-day operations, supporting staff, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and driving the growth of our Occupational Health services.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the daily operations of the clinic
- Coordinating and liaising with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Overseeing finances, budgets, and IT systems
- Leading and mentoring administration and nursing staff
- Providing outstanding service and communication to patients
- Developing and promoting the clinic’s Occupational Health services

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are after a passionate leader with **demonstrated experience** in a similar healthcare setting — ideally in General Practice or Occupational Health. You will bring:

- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to customer service
- Good computer literacy (Medical software experience is a bonus — but we will train you)
- A commitment to continuous improvement and staff development
