PERMANENT PART TIME OR FULL TIME - CARDIOLOGY PRACTICE

Victoria Heart is a Cardiology practice with two locations in Windsor and East Melbourne. We are currently seeking part time and full time experienced medical receptionists to join our state of the art practice across both sites.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Exercising confidentiality in regard to patient care and all aspects of the practice
- Greeting patients on arrival with a warm and friendly manner
- Answering telephone enquires promptly
- Preparing for consulting sessions
- Distributing correspondence and results
- Attending to account queries
- Other general admin duties
- Managing appointments, invoicing and receipting.
- Mail management

**Essential Criteria**:

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional presentation
- Passionate about people and providing an exemplary administrative support.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Genie and/or Medical Reception experience is preferred.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full Time 38hrs per week
- Part Time 24 to 32 hours per week
- Attractive hourly rate plus super
