**About The Role**

Reporting to the Regional Business Unit Executive Vice President, as GM People & Culture, you will contribute to the delivery of the people and culture strategy and the future success of the WA, Northern Australia and Timor Leste region of the organisation and partner with the leadership team to deliver integrated People and Culture services and programs.

This is a dynamic and fast paced, commercially focussed business committed to delivering in line with the Santos disciplined operating model. Drawing on your deep and broad human resources expertise, developed in previous challenging and complex environments, you will be accountable for driving cultural change and employee engagement, advising and influencing leaders to attract and retain talent, develop capability, and maximise performance in support of business objectives.

Importantly, you will also work collaboratively with P&C functional leadership to implement company-wide initiatives including organisational development activities, remuneration activities, performance management and industrial and employee relations as well as delivering annual cycle activities.

Fostering a culture of trust, honesty and compliance across the business, owning and communicating expectations of Santos standards, Code of Conduct, Santos values and demonstrating accountability to resolve non-compliance and inappropriate behaviours not aligned to Santos values are a given.
