The Role

Joining APM in a full-time permanent role and reporting to the Group Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for leading the Technology Services function within the Digital and Technology Group. You will be part of the Digital and Technology Group leadership team, helping to define the operating model and delivery strategies.

**In this role you will**:
Actively engage and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the organisation including the senior executive group

Improve customer experiences and drive operational efficiencies

Provide leadership and set the strategic direction, mission and vision of the unit in alignment with defined strategic and operational objectives

Keep abreast of emerging digital and industry trends and collaborate with other organisations and leaders to embed digital opportunities into strategy

Skills you’ll bring

Demonstrated experience in a similar role

Extensive leadership experience in dynamic and complex environments, with a transformation focus

Proven high level people management skills

Deep understanding of the principles, practices and approaches used in managing ICT services at the enterprise level

Highly effective communication and relationship building skills

Demonstrated practical experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, M365, ITIL and Azure Frameworks
