**About Our Client**
As an established and award-winning major EPC contractor with a diverse portfolio of works including major transport, energy, water/ wastewater with award-winning project history, they are going through an exciting growth period in WA fuelled by a strong pipeline of works across their core business of roads, bridges, concrete structures, water/ wastewater, piling works on major projects in the WA Transport, Infrastructure, and Resources sector.

We are seeking an experienced
**Bid Manager** with strong technical and leadership skills to support and drive the bid phase from EOI stage to submission and handover to project teams.

**Purpose of the Role**
- Ensure winning proposal strategies are developed and implemented for selected bids
- Review tender documentation ensuring a full and complete understanding of the technical and commercial commitments
- Conduct risk assessments and management activities to evaluate all commercial, financial, legislative and resource risk associated with the tender.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary Qualification in a relevant discipline (Commerce, Engineering, Construction Management etc.)
- You will ideally have a multidisciplined construction background, with knowledge of marine structures, bridges, water infrastructure, and mine expansion projects as well as tendering and bid management knowledge on projects above 100M in value
- Strong communication skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through with competing demands.
