**Your new role**
Reporting to the Bid Manager your role will include the following;
- Coordinate the end-to-end EOI, quotation and tender processes including responses to all sections for allocated customer and business opportunity bids
- Coordinate the entire ‘Bid Process’ cycle with timely completion and compilation of all stages
- Preparation of high-quality bid documents which meets brand requirements
- Coordinate bid responses to ensure alignment to the customers response criteria and process
- Preparing, sourcing, processing and maintaining all tender related information and documents
- Create and manage tender, bid and project working documents as required
- Coordination of full hand over pack on award, including close out of all clarifications
- Working with Senior Contracts Manager for approval of commercial clarifications
- Updating of internal project schedules in line with client requirements
- Coordinating tender review meetings with relevant departments.
- Work under tight deadlines; respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities to meet submission timelines.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have bid management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success overseeing large and complex bids.
- Experience & exposure to the Mining & Construction sectors idea
