**About you**

Ideally, you will hold experience in a similar position and are passionate about nurturing a small team to deliver engaging marketing content. You leverage your exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset to develop and manage comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns and activations to support Babcock’s current programs and bid pipeline, while enhancing the brand, reputation and awareness of the business.

**About the role**

As our Manager, Marketing and Campaigns, you will play a key role in supporting Babcock’s growth ambitions and enhancing the business brand and reputation in the region. You will lead a small team to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns, oversee Babcock’s digital presence and advertising agenda and award submissions, while playing a key role in enhancing the Babcock brand and reputation in the region and internationally.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate key messages appropriately to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated track record in developing and managing integrated marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to navigate through and solve complex situations and problems to achieve best outcomes, using a creative mindset.
- Well-developed organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.
- Proven ability to positively engage with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in the Defence, national security or foreign affairs and trade sector.
- Degree in appropriate discipline or significant equivalent demonstrated experience of 7+ years in Marketing & Communications and/or Public Relations.
