**The Role**

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business with previous experience in the same or similar role preferred
- Ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally in house is preferred, managing a high volume of roles in a challenging market
- Ability to think outside the box and proficient with Seek Talent Search, database mining and LinkedIn Recruiter with a LinkedIn Certified Professional Licence being looked upon favourably
- Positive mindset, open to learning and highly organised
