For AO26, we’re looking for Kitchen Stewards / Kitchen Hands to be the backbone of our back-of-house operations. This is a vital support role that keeps our kitchens clean, safe, and ready to deliver world-class food service.

**Important: This is not a food preparation role - the focus is cleaning, washing, and portering.**

**The Role**:

- Operate commercial dishwashers and clean kitchen equipment
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards across busy kitchens
- Support kitchen teams by keeping workspaces tidy and organised
- Handle waste bins, recycling, and general back-of-house cleaning
- Complete repetitive, physical tasks like lifting, walking, washing and scrubbing
- Assist with deliveries and stock movement when required

**About You**:

- Physically fit and comfortable on your feet for long shifts
- Hospitality, cleaning, or kitchen experience
- Reliable, positive, and a strong team player
- Able to take direction and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong focus on hygiene and safety
