Expression of Interest now OPEN
We are currently collecting expressions of interest to work in a variety of roles at the 2025 Australian Open in Melbourne. Roles include Mascots, Brand Ambassadors and Kiosk Attendants.
Mascots bring energy and fun, brand ambassadors help connect with fans and promote the event, and kiosk attendants ensure brand sponsors are promoted effectively. If you're interested, consider what role suits your skills and personality best. Are you more of a performer, a people person, or someone who enjoys customer service? Each role has its unique charm
The details:
Casual roles available
Dates: 8th January - 1st February (training inclusive in these dates, must be available for entire period)
Working days: Monday - Sunday
Hours: variety of shifts between 7am - 12 midnight.
The Person:
Energetic individuals with a positive attitude can really bring a brand to life, especially at an exciting event like the Australian Open. These roles are perfect for those who love interacting with people and creating a fun atmosphere. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Energetic, bubbly and outgoing personality.
- Great communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience in any field.
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn.
- An understanding of how large-scale events operate would be highly advantageous.
- Be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
*Note: you will need a Police check and WWCC VIC for these roles
