- Act as key liaison for Levy, M&OP, and Tennis Australia on CLH and RLA logistics.
- Support live-event deliveries, stock movements, and MDS processing under time-critical conditions.
- Run stock counts, support bump-out operations, and coordinate return stock processing post-tournament.

- Hands-on background in warehouse or dock operations, including goods receiving.
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, particularly under pressure.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends across the AO period.
Desirable
- Forklift licence and sound understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Familiarity with supply chain or dock management systems.
- Experience engaging with third-party suppliers and venue partners.
The Benefits
- Immediate access to 100+ retail discounts accessible from your mobile.
- Gain valuable experience leading logistics for one of the world's largest sporting events.
- Opportunity for future roles within Levy post-AO.
- Work alongside a diverse and passionate team delivering excellence on a global stage.
