**Project Officer**

**12 month contract**

**Overview**:
We're seeking a proactive Project Officer to join a Federal Government Agency to establish and manage their Hypercare function. This role involves overseeing account management processes, ticket inquiries, allocation and guiding teams towards solutions in an agile environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and manage the Hypercare function, ensuring adherence to processes.
- Handle ticket inquiries and allocate it efficiently.
- Address process challenges related to ticket volume and categorization.
- Navigate agile unpredictability and emphasize categorization within projects.
- Lead workgroups and support team expansion efforts.
- Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders and IT systems.

**Qualifications**:

- IT Project Officer experience.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and allocation processes.
- Proven project management experience, preferably in digital processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
