**Role Overview**:
In this role, you will assist in project management and coordination activities for a significant government agency project. Your contributions will directly support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with the agency's project management framework. Your dedication will play a vital role in driving strategic planning, continuous improvement, and the provision of expert guidance in specific areas of project work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and management of project plans and schedules, adhering to the agency's project management framework.
- Provide advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in specialized project areas.
- Perform research and analysis, contributing to the preparation of reports on project activities, including status updates and exception reports.
- Draft various written materials such as business cases, plans, executive briefs, and corporate documentation for senior staff review.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, reviewing and reporting on expenditures, and supporting procurement and contract management.
- Contribute to the identification and management of project risks, issues, and benefits.
- Ensure project deliverables' quality through effective project quality management.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships to support the successful delivery of projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Methods and tools (METL) - Level 3
- Project management (PRMG) - Level 4
- Portfolio, program, and project support (PROF) - Level 4
- Quality management (QUMG) - Level 4
