**About the Company**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to join a NSW Government Organisation based in Sydney CBD on a 3 month contract starting ASAP

**About the Role**
- Provide a range of project management and support services including preparation or review of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology.
- Support the development and delivery of programs that meet government/project/event objectives.
- Work collaboratively to support the development of innovative communications tools and materials tailored to a range of audiences.
- Communicate with key senior stakeholders and coordinate working groups and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
- Provide timely advice to the Manager regarding projects, programs, events and issues to keep relevant groups informed and facilitate informed decisions.

**About You**
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timeframes
- Experience in project management
- Meet deadlines and work as part of a team
