**About the role**

We're all about supporting our members on their journey back to work and health. We're committed to innovative claims management and we're looking for a Principal Claims Coach to join our dynamic team. You'll be the go-to expert for a diverse portfolio of life, disability, and income protection claims. You'll provide top-notch advice, investigate and assess claims, and coach our awesome team to develop their skills.

Day to day, you'll:

- Guide the management of complex claims and implement proactive strategies to benefit both our members and ART.
- Mentor new and existing team members, helping them build their technical expertise.
- Lead group training sessions and develop coaching plans to uplift our claims management capabilities.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions to bridge any gaps.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on trends and achievements and always look for ways to improve our processes.

**About you**

You combine expert knowledge with a passion for mentoring, guiding the team through complex claims with ease. You're proactive, innovative, and always looking for ways to improve processes and uplift the team's capabilities.
- You've got a solid background in holistic claims management and have worked with Early Intervention Services, Rehabilitation, and Community Services.
- You love supporting and mentoring others to develop their skills.
- You have experience in the life/disability insurance claims industry and tertiary qualifications in a related field.
