My client, a specialist insurance organisation based in Brisbane CBD focuses on supporting vulnerable customers when they need it most The company prides itself on its people-first methodology coupled with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.

**About the role**
Due to internal movements, my client is seeking several dedicated Claims Managers to join and lead a team of up to 10 end-to-end Claims Representatives focused on developing customer relationships to maximise customer engagement and quality outcomes.

**Duties**
- Lead, coach, and develop an end-to-end team of dedicated Claims Representatives to ensure they meet and exceed performance indicators and objections
- Strong relationship management, to drive portfolio
- Provide SME guidance on statutory & common law claims management & premiums
- Training
- Foster an inclusive team, encouraging healthy feedback within the team and dialogue about business improvements

**The successful candite will posses**
- Proven experience managing, developing and coaching a team of 8-15 staff
- Proven experience in a commercial insurance environment. A history of health/personal injury/return to work is highly regarded
- A drive to create a strong team culture
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within an evolving organisation and leading teams through change
- An empathetic nature, the ability to support a customer and anticipate their needs
- Strong time management and planning skills to ensure the team meets deadlines and maximises work output
- Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
