**About the role at Ogilvy Australia**

You will be working in an Integrated Production and Studio Department producing a diverse range of Media outputs including digital, motion and static assets. Day to day your role will be to coordinate requests for the studio from Account Services and Production in collaboration with the Studio Manager. This will include traffic managing projects that move through the studio and ensuring projects are on schedule and meeting internal and external deadlines.

You will help Production produce client estimates, financial services, vendor communication/requests and studio output. You will schedule meetings (briefings, de-briefs etc.) and work closely with the Account Services and Creative departments. You will manage a range of direct Studio requests as derived by Account Service Staff with the support of the Head of Production / Studio Manager.

- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with the internal agency team and key external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong, effective relationships with clients and team members
- Highly organised and keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to schedule changes
- Can do attitude
- Given the nature of the work, successful clearance for Working with Children may be required

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Content Development - Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts the relevant audiences
- Campaign Support - Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution
- Media Management - Plan, develop and execute media campaigns to build positive relationships between the organisation and its media and targeted audiences
