**The Role**

***
Due to consistent growth, Hybrid Systems Australia are looking for a Mobilisation Officer responsible for supporting major projects in the renewable energy space. You will typically be tasked with onboarding, and booking travel for our FIFO workforce. A imperative component of this role is to thoroughly understand site requirements and ensure all staff are compliant prior to being mobilised to site. You may be tasked with document control, project administration, and safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Following onboarding compliance procedures, booking pre-employment medicals, and requesting police clearances
- Mobilisation of all staff across multiple projects, including booking travel and accommodation
- Document pack preparation and distribution
- Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for compliance with OHS policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You***
- Prior travel or mobilisation experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent computer skills proficient in MS Office
- Strong communicator and have expert knowledge of document control
- Understands priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level
- Understanding of QA and OHSE requirements
