Senior Mobilisation and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a Senior Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in our Port Hedland Head Office, or Belmont office.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our Planning team. In this role, you'll work closely with both field and office teams to ensure the smooth mobilisation of employees and maintain compliance across all aspects of the job. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure compliance tracking, including medicals, Drug & Alcohols, site access, VOCs and other required training
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies in mobilisation processes
  • Issuing mobilisation details to employees, including flights and accommodation
  • Managing and updating the roster system accurately
  • Maintain accurate records using naming conventions and internal systems
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with clients to provide necessary compliance documentation
  • Collaborating with management for accurate, timely updates on key issues
To be successful for this role you must possess the following
  • Proven experience in a similar mobilisation and compliance role within the resourcing or shutdown industry
  • Leadership experience within the resourcing or shutdown industry, deemed advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with rostering systems, deemed advantageous
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication skills, with a friendly yet professional phone manner
